Here’s a sampling of the types of beer we make, some are on year-round, while some are seasonal. We have 18 taps dedicated to our beer at Outpost, our Tacoma taproom and pizzeria. With a few less taps on Vashon; not all of these beers will be available at all times. But no matter what, we look forward to pouring you a pint!

Shine On Sparkling Water

Super excited to announce our newest creation: SHINE ON! It is a sparkling hop water, 0% ABV. It is flavored with blood orange puree. You can find it in can at all three of our locations, and on tap at our Vashon and Tacoma taproom… And now available for shipping!

Fields Notes

Field Notes is where the curtain gets yanked back. Fermentation logs, dough notes, spent-grain reckonings. What’s working, what we’re listening to on brew days, and what we fixed before lunch. It’s not marketing—it’s the messy, honest craft of running Camp Colvos.
