Here’s a sampling of the types of beer we make, some are on year-round, while some are seasonal.

We have 18 taps dedicated to our beer at Outpost, our Tacoma taproom and pizzeria. With a few less taps on Vashon; not all of these beers will be available at all times. But no matter what, we look forward to pouring you a pint!

Moonrise

West Coast IPA. Mango, tropical fruit, Citrus peel & slight malt. Well balanced and approachable.
6.8% ABV

Buckhorn

PAC NW IPA. Piney, citrus. Hiking in the Buckhorn Wilderness while eating a tangelo tart.

Wonder Mountain

Hazy IPA. Citrusy with a pineapple finish
7.2% ABV

Mukai Lager

Balanced; crisp Japanese-Style rice lager.
5% ABV

Lando

Hazy IPA. Idaho 7 gives this beer a nice cedary flavor along with tropical fruit and a distinct earthiness.
7.1% ABV

Wild Sky

DIPA. Juicy NZ Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. The wilderness is not so far away

Kölsch

Cologne-Style Ale. Crisp, light, hints of honey
5.2% ABV

Mexican Lager

Brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked corn and Mittelfruh hops. Unfiltered, Crisp & a smooth.
5.1% ABV

Alta Via

Italian Pilsner. Balanced and crisp with an herbal finish. Brewed with German Tradition and Spalt hops in the kettle. Dry-hopped with Saphir, Spalter and Hallertau Mittelfruh. Salut!
5.9% ABV

Helles Lager

German Lager. Balanced; Crisp and light.
5.2% ABV

Mon Frère

Belgian-style Saison. Perle & Tettnanger hops with Loral as the dry hop. Bit of Spice, floral notes and higher IBU’s on this batch
6.8%ABV

Belgian Wit

Belgian “White” style, similar to a hefeweizen. Wheat beer with a New Zealand hop Pacific Jade.
5.1% ABV

Czech Dark lager

In dark times, there is always hope .
5%ABV

In the fullness of time

Barrel-aged Saison. Brewed with Pilsner Malt and Brettanomyces yeast added in when transferred to oak. Bright, dry and delicious!
6.8% ABV

Imperial Stout

Robust, molasses, rum soaked dark cherries
10% ABV
